Obedience is something to which all dog owners should be willing to devote
some
of
their time. It will make your 'friend/buddy' a citizen that will be much easier to live with. All
dogs
should come when called, sit, sit-stay, go down, down-stay, and they need to be able to walk
on
a loose lead (without pulling your arm out of its socket). These are some of the things that you
will teach your dog at a basic obedience class and the bonding that develops with the time
spent
to teach these things will make owning your pet really enjoyable. Living with your Bully will be a
joy and daily interaction will be a pleasure. You will find that 'this' dog will always be
remembered over others because it was such a pleasure to own. Take the time and effort to
make a better citizen out of your new 'friend.' Its really gratifying when your dog will obey you
(like down-stay) with lots of activity going on around them. Try it - you'll like it!.
